Build positive, productive working relationships with a variety of constituencies, primarily GOA site directors, students, and faculty.
Define, develop, and oversee student support practices at GOA.
Develop a full understanding of the GOA student experience and keep student perspectives at the center of the team’s conversations.
Use a combination of qualitative and quantitative strategies to analyze and improve the student experience.
Develop and execute a strategy for excellent communication between GOA and its students.
Develop and execute a strategy for continuing high student persistence rates in GOA courses.
Lead team in an ongoing study of inclusive and equitable practices at GOA.
Collaborate with GOA’s Director of Culture and Equity to support work on the student program team and across the organization.
Promote the growth and development of GOA teachers through faculty evaluations.
